DR. Fatih Birol was born in 1977 in Çanakkale. He is married and has two children. He graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2001, then completed his residency in Göztepe Training and Research Hospital between 2001-2006. He went to compulsory military service at Kayseri Military Hospital and Malatya Hekimhan State Hospital from 2006 until 2008.
He received an IVF fellowship in the IVF Unit of Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 2008-2009. He has been working at Kartal Avicenna Hope Hospital since 2009. His profession is diagnosing and treating all diseases related to the branch of Obstetrics and Gynecology, IVF applications, and treatments.
