Requirement Documents For Applying For A Turkish Medical Treatment Visa
If you are planning to travel to Turkey for medical treatment, there are certain documents that you will need to submit as part of your Medical Treatment Visa application. These documents include:
- 2 pcs. biometric photos with white background
- Colour photocopy of passport and original passport. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel return. The passport must have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps. If you have an old passport, you need to provide a photocopy of it with the candidate’s signature.
- Bank account statement
- Travel health insurance
- Hotel reservation for the duration of the stay
- Two-way tickets
- Letter-Invitation for medical treatment in Turkey from the respective hospital where the treatment will be performed. The invitation must describe the applicant’s name, passport details, the reason for the trip, and the length of stay. The letter must be signed and stamped with the company seal of the hospital and addressed to the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey.
