Implant Types
There are two kinds of implants for breast enlargement: silicone and saline. The external shell of both varieties is made of silicone. They vary in size, shape, and thickness.
The most commonly used type is silicone gel-filled implants. They are less prone to wrinkles and have a more natural appearance. But they can expand into your breast and produce masses.
Saline-filled breast implants include sterilized salt water. Throughout time, saline implants are more probable to flex or drop. If this happens, the saline will be absorbed by your body.

Breast enlargement surgery is performed under general anaesthesia. First, an incision is made in the skin below or close to the breast. Then, place the implant behind the chest muscle, or between the breast tissue and the muscle. And finally, closing the incision.

After about 6 weeks You will be able to return to your normal lifestyle. After a few months, your breasts will be more natural. Breast implants for breast enlargement are not permanent. They should be replaced after a time. They usually last about 10 years. Thus, this time depends on the patients’ further conditions.
Fat Transfer Breast Enlargement
Instead of placing implants like in standard breast augmentation, this technique requires transferring fat from another part of the body and injecting it into the breasts. This method is minimally invasive and has been found to be quite safe in general. The increase in breast size made by a fat transfer is usually less than what you expect from breast implants. However, the result is so natural and the scar is minimal.
