M.D. Mehmet Ali Vural

I was born in 1966 in Denizli. After completing my primary education in Denizli, I graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. Following my graduation, I continued my medical career in various public healthcare institutions. In 1997, I completed my specialization in the Department of Otolaryngology at İzmir Katip Çelebi University. After a brief period of public service, I began working as an ENT specialist at Gültepe Avicenna Hospital. Throughout my career, I have consistently enhanced my knowledge and surgical skills by attending national and international congresses, training seminars, advanced surgical courses, and cadaver dissection programs. In Türkiye, the number of surgeons performing advanced ear surgery is quite limited; I have extensive surgical experience particularly in ear surgery and hearing reconstruction, built over many years. In addition, I routinely perform rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, oncologic ENT surgery, and reconstructive surgical procedures. I also have advanced expertise in vocal cord surgeries, including the microsurgical treatment of vocal cord nodules, polyps, and cysts. Furthermore, I have long-standing experience in laryngeal framework surgery and procedures that preserve laryngeal function. I successfully perform Piezo Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty, one of the most modern techniques in aesthetic and functional nasal surgery, which allows precise and atraumatic bone shaping with ultrasonic assistance. I currently continue to provide care for my patients at Ataşehir Avicenna Hospital.
