Dr. Osman FAZLIOĞULLARI studied at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine between 1985-1992. He did his compulsory duty at Karaman Ermenek Tepebaşı health center in 1992. Then he worked at Siyami Ersek Research Hospital in 1993. Dr. Fazlıoğulları finished his specialization in Cardiovascular Surgery in 1999. He left his official duty and continued his working life in private hospitals. He has been working at Esenler Avicenna Hospital since 2017 and is an experienced doctor who has performed numerous surgeries in the field of cardiovascular surgery.
